Responsibilities In this client‑facing role you will become a product knowledge expert and a trusted business partner. Key responsibilities include: Customer Service Greet customers as they enter the branch or call. Answer inquiries about materials and services. Make it easy for customers to do business with us. Order Processing Enter and process orders through Gentek’s order system. Provide accurate product, availability, and delivery information. Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders. Qualifications Must be bilingual (French/English). High school certificate required; post‑secondary education an asset. Experience in the building industry preferred, but training is available. Ability to read and write word and letter/number sequences. Computer proficiency. High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. Emotional intelligence to facilitate respectful and courteous interactions. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
