Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and prototype user interfaces.Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.Gather and evaluate user requirements to understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of our target users.Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and adhere to design guidelines and industry best practices for usability and accessibility.Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of mobile and web devices and interfaces.Create digital media assets (images and videos) for marketing websites, social media and presentation slides.Maintain a consistent and intuitive user experience across all features and functionalities of our in-house products.Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Design/ Arts or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for digital products or services.Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, particularly for web applications or software interfaces.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Creative and meticulous with a keen eye for details.Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.A strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout as they apply to the Singaporean market.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Join us at Appvantage, where every day brings exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.
