Aperçu du poste :

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un analyste principal en assurance qualité (bilingue français) qui se considère dynamique, qui collabore et qui s'épanouit dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement et de conception ainsi qu'avec le responsable de l'assurance qualité afin de garantir la livraison d'applications d'assurance de haute qualité par le biais de tests complets et de pratiques d'assurance qualité suivant une méthodologie d'assurance qualité clairement définie et en conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur, les politiques et les procédures internes, dans le but de fournir des solutions de haute qualité à valeur ajoutée à nos clients.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Participer aux réunions de planification et de rétrospection de chaque sprint.
  • Vous avez une bonne expérience des estimations de test, de la stratégie de test/du plan de test, du rapport de synthèse du sprint et vous aidez l'équipe à mettre au point les scénarios de test.
  • Concevoir et exécuter les cas de test (SIT/E2E) et réviser les scénarios/conditions de test et les cas de test.
  • Participer au triage des défauts et aux séances de révision et identifier les principaux risques, problèmes et défis pour le programme et les communiquer aux différentes parties prenantes, y compris les entreprises et l'informatique.
  • Identifier et communiquer régulièrement les problèmes/préoccupations liés au projet.

Ce que vous apportez au poste :

Vous devez avoir :

  • Une expérience globale de plus de 7 ans en tests manuels/fonctionnels avec un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tests dans le domaine de l'assurance.
  • Vous devez avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français.
  • Communication français et anglais. Niveau natif, bilingue ou compétence professionnelle. L’expérience de la gestion des clients francophones est souhaitée.
  • Connaissance de JIRA et TFS.

Role overview:

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst (French Bilingual) who considers themselves dynamic, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with Development, Design and the QA Lead/Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality insurance applications through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices following a clearly defined QA methodology and in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures with a focus to deliver high-quality value-adding solutions to our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Participate in Sprint planning/retrospection meetings for each sprint.
  • Good experience in Test estimates, Test strategy/Test plan Sprint Summary report and assist the team in arriving the test scenarios.
  • Design and complete (SIT/E2E) Test Cases and review the test scenarios/conditions and test cases.
  • Participate in Defect triage & walkthrough sessions and Identify key risks, issues, and challenges for the program and communicate the same with the different team members including business and IT.
  • Identify and Communicate project issues/ concerns on a regular basis.

What you bring to the role:

  • Overall 6+ years of experience in manual/functional testing with minimum of 2+ years of testing experience in insurance domain.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French language.
  • Must have exposure and bilingual experience with the French language and an added advantage will be experience working with French-speaking customers.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and TFS
