Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager Type: Independent contractor Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 30–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain. Review peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research. Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to advance machine learning systems. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting‑edge AI research. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and infrastructure. Qualifications Must‑Have 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills. Start Date Immediately Compensation & Legal Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
