Overview Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) - Cintas Canada Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills/Qualifications Active driver''s license in good standing (must meet provincial requirements for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs). High School diploma, GED or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team environment. Self-motivation, ambition, organization and service spirit. Experience & Scheduling Comprehensive 10-week training program. Majority of work is a 4-Day workweek with no nights or weekends for the majority of shifts.
