At the heart of our mission is to provide non‑partisan administrative and procedural services to all MPPs, along with operational support for the daily activities of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with internal clients. Exercise judgement, tact and discretion while providing services in a sensitive political work environment. Have a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Be a quick learner of IT technical concepts and willing to assimilate new information effectively. Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications Post‑secondary student currently enrolled full time in an accredited program for the winter/spring term 2026. Keen desire to learn and apply Windows 11, Office 365 and IT Cloud Technologies. Knowledge of hardware and software as they apply to a modern workplace. Review, update requests and incident tickets. Awareness of software and hardware image deployment tools. Assist with asset inventory processes such as move, track, record and disposal. Good in‑person and telephone client support skills. Good grasp of TCP/IP networking, VOIP, WiFi concepts and VPN technologies. Awareness of the importance of antivirus and malware in keeping the workplace safe.
