Role Overview This position is responsible for the sourcing process of new or existing products, with new or existing suppliers and supporting the existing commercialized products while developing partnerships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities To be responsible for related vendors' Change controls, CAPAs and returns To ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, ethical practices, adherence to relevant cGMP requirements, business regulations, Code of Conduct To pullout and analyze reports provide information to Management To promote an environment of lean best practices, to ensure sustained high performance and effectiveness To meet targeted metrics/KPIs and maintain high performance aligned with the department and corporate goals To provide feedback and comprehensive communication to appropriate internal stakeholders To promote a favorable working climate building relationships as a priority, in a matrix environment To plan, organize, develop and control all sourcing activities managed by the position To create and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization, internal customers and suppliers To participate in the Vision Vendor program in order to reinforce strategic partnerships To implement and execute sourcing best practices. To source, negotiate, raw materials and finished goods ensuring suppliers meet quality expectations and on-time delivery while optimizing the total cost of ownership. To generate cost reductions, improve payment terms, make or buy analysis, to improve the organization’s profitability. To review or implement supplier contracts and maintain long-term contracts and supply agreements. To reduce risks during the introduction of new suppliers and promote sustainability To drive quality issues resolution in coordination with other departments To drive continuous improvement with Suppliers To ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, ethical practices, adherence to relevant cGMP requirements, business regulations, Code of Conduct To assist in the revisions and maintenance of Standard Operation Procedures related to sourcing To perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
