p>Are you a skilled Wireless Network Engineer with a passion for Design & Architecture? p>

We are partnered with an innovative ISP start-up dedicated to enhancing fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) and fixed wireless networks. We are looking for a Senior Wireless Network Engineer to leverage cutting-edge networking technologies as part of a small, versatile team. p>

As a Senior Wireless Network Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating and optimizing the network configurations, enhancing capabilities, and supporting both FTTH and fixed wireless operations. strong>

  1. Integrate communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, and transmission protocols into complete network configurations.
  2. Evaluate new products and perform network problem resolution.
  3. Assist in developing and documenting technical standards and corporate policies.
  4. Design and implement network enhancements and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Manage projects involving network planning, configuration, and optimization.
  6. Monitor network performance to ensure maximum system availability and reliability.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation for operational teams.
  8. Perform field replacements and upgrades of MikroTik devices as needed.
  9. Administer systems and servers related to network availability for authorized users.
  10. Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software to resolve operational issues and restore services.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 8 years of network engineering experience.
  2. Networking-related credentials (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, MTCNA, Network+) are a plus.
  3. Understanding of wireless LAN security, PPPoE, MIMO, QoS prioritization, and network troubleshooting.
  4. Proficient in network design software, such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  5. Experience in FTTH network design and implementation is a plus.
