Program/Project Manager

Location: Remote (with occasional in-person engagements as required - Toronto, ON) Legacy Plus is seeking creative, motivated, and highly organized Program and Project Managers to support a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the organization. We are looking for professionals who excel in fast-paced and innovative work environments, bring strong design and presentation skills, and can manage complex workflows with clarity and efficiency. We are hiring for multiple types of Program/Project Manager roles , including: Client-facing roles responsible for stewarding relationships, leading partner communications, and representing Legacy Plus in meetings and presentations. Internal-facing roles focused on project execution, presentation and proposal development, operational workflows, and cross-team coordination without direct client interaction. Across all roles, successful candidates will combine creativity with structured project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality materials that support organizational initiatives, strategic partnerships, and funding opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive project and program workflows to meet timelines, deliverables, and strategic objectives. Design and develop high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports—including pitch decks and partner materials. Support or lead (depending on the role) external communications such as client meetings, partner briefings, and progress updates. Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure strong alignment and seamless execution. Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and support organizational growth. Ensure quality control across all deliverables, maintaining consistency with Legacy Plus’ brand and strategic direction. Maintain accurate documentation, files, work logs, and project tracking systems. Contribute to operational planning, material reviews, and additional program-related tasks as needed. Ideal Experience & Qualifications Strong experience developing visually compelling presentations and materials; advanced PowerPoint skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing or delivering presentations. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships—internally or externally, depending on the role. Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into clear plans and high-quality outputs. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability for results. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. 5–7+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategic partnerships, consulting, business development, or related fields. Experience in client service, nonprofit programs, funder relations, or high-impact initiatives is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
