We are Crimtan.The roleAs Programmatic Lead you will oversee the strategy, activation and performance for multiple Tier 1 clients across the business. The role will require deep technical experience in managing complex, multi-channel programmatic campaigns across a range of DSPs – as well as the ability to deal directly with clients to discuss insights and highlight strategic growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for the professional growth and development of Programmatic Managers and Executives.Key responsibilitiesOversee day to day trading operations across multiple Tier 1 clients.Deliver advanced optimisation techniques to maximise campaign performance and secure revenue growth.Identify strategic growth opportunities across your patch and work closely with Client Services to present these to clients.Remote and in person line management responsibilities of two to three Programmatic Managers/Executives/Graduates.Responsible for technical training and overseeing campaign best practice across your pod.Work alongside Creative Production teams to deliver an effective DCO strategy.Work with Product team in establishing business cases for product improvement and technical development.Manipulating data and highlighting actionable trends and insight to improve campaign performance.Working closely with the Sales and Client Services teams to field any ad-hoc new business and/or client‑related requests.QualificationsDeep technical experience in the programmatic space: We want someone to hit the ground running – you will need to have 5+ years experience in dealing with; multiple DSPs, Ad servers, Adops trafficking and Creative troubleshooting. Experience across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Yahoo, Xandr etc is essential.We are not just a display agency. Experience in running CTV, Video, Native, DOOH or Audio would also be a plus.An ability to manage multiple campaigns: You'll be responsible for overseeing the trading and management of multiple clients and campaigns. Keenness to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a mustBeing outgoing and personable: We want you to build strong relationships with Internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrating an analytical and data driven approach, with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail: We deal with lots of data, so you should be comfortable manipulating it and using it to back up your analysis and recommendations.Sometimes things don’t go to plan – you will need to use your initiative to try to solve problems (under-performing campaigns, discrepancies etc).Showing an entrepreneurial spirit: We are looking for someone to be proactive with Identifying strategic growth opportunities across their client patch.
