We deliver value-added construction services to our customers by building strong partnerships throughout the construction process.To learn more, visit www.pagnotta.ca or view a short video about our company culture and values.About The RoleThe HSE Coordinator supports the project and site teams by implementing and maintaining company health, safety, and environmental programs. This position ensures compliance with provincial regulations and internal standards, promotes a culture of safety, and assists with training and incident prevention.Location: Lower Mainland, Vancouver, BCKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of Pagnotta’s Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) on assigned projectsConduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessmentsLead or assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsDeliver site orientations and toolbox talksMaintain all safety documentation, records, and reports in accordance with company and client requirementsLiaise with supervisors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure adherence to safety proceduresPromote continuous improvement in safety performance and awarenessSupport return-to-work and modified duty programsQualificationsPost-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in construction safety, preferably within high-rise, concrete, or infrastructure projectsValid CRSP, NCSO, or equivalent certification (or working toward)Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and WorkSafeBC/AB/SK regulationsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build relationships and influence positive safety culture on siteProficient in MS Office and safety management softwareWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to work on landmark projects across Western CanadaCareer growth and professional development supportHealth and Dental CoverageRRSP MatchingA collaborative and safety-driven work environmentJoin Us If you’re passionate about safety and want to make a meaningful impact in the construction industry, we’d love to hear from you.Pagnotta is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
