Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Production Department.

As a Team Lead, you will be able to:

Support Daily Manufacturing Throughput and Output:

  • Lead Team Members in the performance of their day-to-day activities.
  • Provide clear expectations and hold team members accountable while providing continual feedback.
  • Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams comprised of production, materials, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
  • Monitor and address output & productivity issues within assigned departments inclusive of meeting production targets, cycle time, and product & process quality standards.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality and employee morale.
  • Plan for all pre and post-Kaizen activities in his area, with help from the Lean Team, to make every Kaizen event in the area successful.
  • Take ownership of all processes and products to ensure they meet all quality standards and that nothing goes out to an internal customer that is deficient in quality.
  • Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure the safety of employees and the maintenance of equipment.
  • Comply with all federal and provincial safety standards, guidelines, and policies by driving workforce initiatives such as our health and safety system towards a Mission zero incident safety culture.
  • Support team members by proactively addressing issues that are affecting quality, delivery, and productivity in the area through daily morning meetings and proactive interactions with other departments and superiors to ensure that all barriers are removed.
