We are dedicated to fostering a culture of belonging where every individual is appreciated and valued for who they are.ResponsibilitiesEnsure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Châteaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.Provide a welcoming greeting and consultation unique to each guest.Perform Massage and Spa treatments on guests ranging from Relaxation Massage to Body Treatments.Project a friendly and professional demeanour to guests, upholding guest service standards of the Wickaninnish Inn.Promote the Spa’s products and educate guests on home care recommendations.Maintain spotless spa and treatment areas that are tidy and fully stocked.QualificationsThe Wickaninnish Inn is committed to the principles of equality and diversity in the workplace.
