Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Experience One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial) Education Fireman Boiler Operator certificate Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act Other Education and Training Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job Pool Operator certificate, where required Competencies Communication skills Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Basic - Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work independently Knowledge of tools and equipment Other Information Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation Applicants without the requisite or equivalent qualifications for this classification shall be considered after fully qualified applicants for this position if they have completed some post-secondary schooling or are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program.
