Civil Engineering New Graduate (British Columbia) AtkinsRéalis is seeking an entry‑level civil engineer for its new graduate program in British Columbia. Overview Designed exclusively for recent graduates, the Odyssey program is a launchpad for your professional journey. You will gain hands‑on experience, personalised mentorship and exposure to diverse projects that will challenge and inspire you. Your role Design and project management – design and supervision of the construction of buildings, bridges, roads and other infrastructure. Geotechnics – study of soils and rocks to ensure the stability of structures. Hydraulics and water resources – management of water resources, design of dams, canals and drainage systems. Transportation – planning and development of transportation systems, including roads, railroads and airports. Environment – projects to protect the environment, such as wastewater treatment and waste management. Materials – everything related to materials on construction sites (e.g., concrete, asphalt and granular materials). About you Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent (expected graduation 2026). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
