Position A Part-Time Receptionist is the dealership's first point of contact with customers and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. They will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and direct their needs to the appropriate department or staff member who may assist them. Remuneration Remuneration : $17 per hour. Job Duties Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously and professionally. Greet walk-in customers and assist them as required. Receive and document cash / cheques tendered on behalf of sales departments, reconcile daily. Track sales calls. Maintain an organized work space. Data entry as required. Scanning preparation. Must maintain a professional appearance. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Additional duties as required. Successful Candidates Possess 1-3 years relevant experience Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 4:00pm - 8:00pm, as well as alternating Friday and Saturday shifts. Friday shifts would be 2:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday shifts would be from 8:00am - 6:00pm. (Example: One week you would work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and then the following week you would work Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). Must have the flexibility to work alternating Stat Holidays from 11:00am - 4:00pm.
