You will work independently, on your own schedule, and be compensated based on successful placements.ResponsibilitiesSource and attract qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, NPs, MDs, etc.)Manage the full recruiting cycle: outreach, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiationMaintain candidate databases and track communicationsBuild strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipelineCollaborate with our internal team to understand job requirements and placement needsQualificationsExperience in healthcare recruiting or staffing (preferred)Familiarity with healthcare job boards, social media sourcing, and ATS toolsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesReliable internet and phone accessMust be legally authorized to work in the USA or CanadaCompensationThis is a 100% commission-based role. You will receive a competitive success fee per placement, which varies by role type and contract terms.
