Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Contribuer à la revue et la distribution de divers rapports trimestriels et annuels incluant les états financiers de toutes les compagnies d’assurances de votre secteur et autres entités juridiques.
  • Prendre part à divers projets pouvant porter sur des sujets complexes.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des livrables selon les besoins évolutifs de nos partenaires internes et externes.
  • Superviser d’autres tâches connexes (comptabilité des fonds de pension, demandes ad hoc de la direction, etc.).

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Titre comptable CPA
  • Minimum de 8 années d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité et normes comptables (IFRS)
  • Solides aptitudes en communication orale et écrite et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer divers projets simultanément
  • Capacité d’apprentissage rapide et agilité
  • Fortes aptitudes analytiques, de synthèse et de rigueur
  • Leadership, esprit d’équipe, autonomie et efficacité
  • Capacité à interagir avec des personnes de tous les niveaux de l’organisation, y compris les membres de la direction et certains intervenants externes.
  • Niveau d’Excel intermédiaire
  • Connaissance de l’industrie de l’assurance IARD est un atout.
  • [Bilingue (français et anglais)] Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
