Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist your team and foster teamwork.
