Job Category: Innovation and Information TechnologyRequisition Number: NETSU009990Job SummaryJoin our team as a NetSuite Administrator In this role you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs for internal stakeholders for our cloud-based enterprise NetSuite.The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver.ResponsibilitiesCreating configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needsCreating & updating saved searches & reports to fit the company needsProviding on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite systemDriving testing, planning, execution, and optimization supportWorking with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutionsPerforming day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requestsImplementing and managing workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/linksSupporting the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP systemDocumenting and refining administrative processes and delegate them to lower levels of support where practicalQualifications3-5 years experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testingSpecializes in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerceAbility to support data import process and migrationAbility to maintain NetSuite updatesExperience with Suitescripts and other customization and scripting tools within NetSuiteCan provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite systemFamiliarity with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIsA strong Understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reportingExperience developing, testing, and deploying customizations, custom objects, and third-party applicationsCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) designations are desirableNetSuite Administrator Certification requiredBenefitsA comprehensive total rewards package, including two free pairs of glasses and lenses per yearA coaching culture that fosters ongoing growth and development opportunitiesA people-first culture, (but dogs are also welcome)An organization that gives back locally and nationally, and supports you in doing so as wellFYihealth group is Canada's leading diversified healthcare organization comprised of FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, and solis optics.
