Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $117,800 CAD annually Eligible for participation in the sales commission plan Opportunity for career advancement and development within the organization Work remotely from the Toronto metro area in Ontario, Canada Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies to meet sales targets Manage and mentor a team of lead generation specialists to ensure consistent performance and professional growth Oversee the creation and management of a robust sales pipeline through targeted campaigns and data-driven prospecting Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, sales qualified leads (SQLs), and revenue from new accounts Leverage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to manage data and forecast results What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industry sales Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales teams Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in MS 365 and sales tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience mentoring and developing entry-level sales employees Demonstrated success in achieving targeted sales goals Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle ambiguity and react quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 times a year #Telecommunications #SalesLeadership #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #LeadGeneration #SalesCommission #J-18808-Ljbffr
