Content Designer

Responsibilities: * Collaborate with different product partners and designers across various portfolios, ensuring organized and cohesive content development. * Utilize shared Excel documents to collect, review, and manage chatbot-related content submissions. * Engage with stakeholders and the development team to gain feedback on content. * Liaise with Product Owners (POs) and content strategists in building out customer experiences tailored for each product group. * Participate actively in content and design sprints, bringing innovation and creativity to the forefront of all projects. * Work alongside UX Researchers to enhance user experience through data-driven insights. Manage the tracking of content updates efficiently while overseeing backlog management for submitted contents.
MUST HAVES: 2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design Figma Large enterprise experience CMS experience (Contentful specifically is a major plus) Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user
