This is a remote role, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba requiring extensive travel to support our customer needs.As a Field Service Representative (FSR) you will be responsible for:Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Lab Diagnostic equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.Delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.Managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.Company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.This position may suit you best if what is below sounds appealing to you, in addition to wanting to develop your career with Healthineers.Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAccurate and displays strong attention to detailDemonstrates ownership and accountabilityExceptional communication skillsExcellent planning, critical thinking and time management skillsRequired skills to have for the success of this role:Biomedical Technology/Electronics or Electrical Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma2+ years technical field service experience neededStrong mechanical and technical ability and experienceSolid computer skills with understanding of IT and NetworkingConsistent customer-centric mindsetOrganization, prioritization, and time management masteryCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressureValid driver’s licenseMust have valid passportClearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)Who we are: We are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
