The main mission is to ensure the successful application, implementation, qualification, and use of our products by supporting sales for product positioning and demonstration and customers for application development work, initial startup, training, and troubleshooting.This is a remote/field-based position out of the Boston, MA area and will assist with customers locally and be responsible for customers in the New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) and New York areas. Travel for this position may be up to 50% at times, based on customer need, and some international travel may be required.What You Will Accomplish Together With UsCollaborate with the account management team for customer discussions on existing products through product presentations, demonstrations, demos and trials, and application studiesCollaborate with account management in the customer process, URS analysis, and technical response, and lead customer evaluations to help position products in line with the application requirements.
