We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to help build and maintain our Financial Data Warehouse. You will be working with dbt, Dagster, Snowflake, and Power BI to design and implement data pipelines, dashboards, and reports. This role involves contributing to data engineering strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient flow and organization of financial data.Key Responsibilities:Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain data pipelines for the Financial Data Warehouse, ensuring data is integrated seamlessly and processed efficiently.Reporting & Dashboards: Design and create Power BI reports and dashboards that track and visualize key financial data associated with the warehouse.Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of strategies for new data pipelines and engineering approaches to support the evolving data infrastructure.Agile Participation: Participate in daily scrum calls and follow the agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely and collaborative project delivery.Documentation: Create meaningful and clear documentation of your work, ensuring other team members can easily understand and follow your processes.Maintainability & Best Practices: Follow organizational best practices for dbt, ensuring your code is maintainable, scalable, and optimized for long-term use.Required Qualifications:Experience:5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on data pipeline development.3+ years of hands-on experience with dbt and building modern data stacks.3+ years of experience working with Snowflake for data storage, query optimization, and data management.1+ year of experience with Dagster and managing complex data pipelines.Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.Technical Skills:Strong experience with Git for version control and collaboration.Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing pipelines and CI/CD processes.Preferred Qualifications:Data Engineering Expertise: Familiarity with additional data engineering tools and frameworks is a plus.Power BI Skills: Advanced skills in building interactive and dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards.Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) would be beneficial.Certifications:Relevant certifications in data engineering, cloud platforms, or dbt (preferred but not required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
