Job Overview Pay Band 4 ($27,803 to $32,537). Location: Regina. Employment Type: Temporary Full‑Time (3 week rotation). Schedules: Days. Start Date: Dec 9, 2025. End Date: March 31, 2026. Responsibilities The Health Information Practitioner is responsible for the release of information, quantitative analysis, and quality assurance of patient information, and the assembly of all related clerical duties. Qualifications Education: Grade 12. Diploma in Health Information Management. Active membership with the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA). Skills and Competencies Competent in computers and Microsoft applications. Proficient in operating computerized data entry systems. Proficient in operating all types of office equipment. Human relations skills required to empathize with complaints and establish rapport with patients, public, and staff. Effective oral and written communication of factual information. Moderate judgment and problem‑solving skills for selecting appropriate actions. Accuracy of fine motor movements for typing and sorting charts.
