p>Job Description

The Project Manager shall be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR and have the authority and responsibility to assign tasks and work elements; make business, product, and technical decisions; The Project Manager will be continuously managing and tracking adequate levels of project management, technical resources, quality assurance, scheduling, cost, budget, and financial controls throughout the performance of a particular Task Order. The Contractor shall plan, direct, control, measure, monitor, and report to the Government on all activities of the working requirements. The project manager(s) will be leading projects that will be in one of the four areas:

  1. Transformation Strategy, Enablement, and Service Experience Support
  2. Digital Solution Development, Automation, and Infrastructure Support
  3. Enterprise Data Management and Analytics Support
  4. Operations and Sustainment

Required Skills

  • Possess a Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 Foundation certified to ensure BPA functions, program/project management services, performance tracking and reporting, and BPA execution are conducted and managed according to industry best practices.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT program management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Management, computer science, or information systems.
  • Experience with applying the Agile and Scrum methodologies.
