This hands-on technical role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s enterprise platforms, including:Finance (Aderant)CRM (MS Dynamics)HRIS (Workday)DMS (iManage)Integrated systems such as the Intapp suite of productsIdeal CandidateA seasoned developer with proven experience in .NET and SQL, who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with end-users. Experience in a legal or professional services firm is a strong asset.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the firm’s ERP platforms, including development of integration programs for data loading and transformationCollaborate with business owners and end-users to support and evolve systemsDevelop and configure application changes following change management processesProvide top-tier support, owning issues from identification to resolutionCoordinate with application vendors for system changes and issue resolutionPerform special projects and other duties as assignedDocument and track all application changes according to IT policiesPrepare technical, operational, and procedural documentation and specificationsKey Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 5 years supporting enterprise ERP systemsExperience with all phases of the software development life cycleProficiency in working with end-users to gather and translate requirementsExtensive experience with .NET programming (VB.NET, C#)Experience interfacing with APIs (REST, SOAP)Strong SQL skills, including scripting with views, stored procedures, triggersExperience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plusSupporting financial operations within professional service organizations is an assetExcellent communication skills and professionalismAttention to detail, independence, and initiativeAbility to prioritize and adapt to changing tasksTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time management skillsFluency in English; bilingual English/French is an assetWillingness to work overtime when necessaryLaw firm experience is a plusBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or universityIf you meet these qualifications and are interested, please forward a MS Word copy of your resume.
