This direct-hire position can be home-office based in most major US and Canadian cities, and requires up to moderate travel, as appropriate.Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued Customers. Specifically, the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering has been created to provide an umbrella subscription service that provides functional and technical ERP sustainment to drive continuous NetSuite improvement and value. Our team primarily fulfills the critical initial months of the service backed by our industry-leading SuiteReview methodology.With well over one thousand Customers already under management and the accelerated enrollment of new Customers, we are adding significant headcount in North America to meet demand. If you have a passion for helping Customers unlock the potential of their NetSuite investment and joining a dynamic, fast-paced and highly strategic team, we would like to hear from youResponsibilitiesParticipate in the identification and documentation of customer’s NetSuite value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodologyParticipate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and consensus with the Customer of sameWork with customers to remediate highest priority gapsArchitect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) teamDefine detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuiteWork with TS team to design and unit test automations and integrationsPerform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersContinue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certificationsCollaboration with other ACS teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), TS, POS, Commerce, OpenAir, and Premier and/or Platinum SupportFollow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our CustomersQualifications6+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of NetSuite’s core vertical marketsStrong NetSuite ERP experience - competing ERP offerings may be considered2+ years external consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactionsExperience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrationsProven custom development analysis, design, and testing skillsStrong communication skillsKnowledge and experience with SuiteProjects, Advanced Revenue, SuiteBilling and other advanced accounting processesAbility to evolve Customer business processes based on leading practicesPassion for driving Customer satisfactionProject and/or team leadership experienceFinance and/or Accounting professional and/or academic background a plusNetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications a plusAbility to use a team of people with a broad range of functional, process, organizational change, and technical skillsAbility to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and implementation roadmapTravel Requirement: Modest to moderate, as appropriateDisclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
