Bayshore's client seeks our support to provide Medical Radiation Technologists on a part-time basis in Abbotsford, British Columbia.Hourly compensation ranges from $60 to $65/hr.The position involves 1 to 2 shifts per week, with each shift typically lasting 3 hours.Responsibilities:Generate X-rays to visualize internal structures of patients based on legal treatment orders, in accordance with clinical standards, for diagnosis, treatment, and management of illnesses.Complete ordered tests, transfer images to portable media, and prepare them for interpretation.Coordinate closely with the Chief(s) of Health Services (CHS) to ensure service provision, and provide feedback on service needs, equipment issues, safety concerns, community standards, and quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT-BC).At least 2 years of experience as an MRT and experience with X-ray imaging.Our Commitment:At Bayshore Healthcare, we are committed to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, fostering a culture of belonging that embraces individual differences through supportive programs, resources, and policies.
