Senior Audit Manager

Our client is seeking an accomplished professional ready to step into a senior managerial role within their Assurance Services team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with exceptional skills in project management, client relations, and team leadership in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee engagements for a diverse clientele across various industries, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery.
- Foster and nurture robust client relationships, adeptly managing their needs and expectations while serving as a trusted advisor.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture conducive to growth and development.
- Drive business expansion initiatives through proactive client development strategies, capitalizing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Offer strategic and consultative insights to clients, enhancing their understanding of findings and implications for their business operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant auditing standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and upholding professional integrity.
- Enhance the firm’s reputation by proactively addressing diverse client requests and identifying value-adding opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- CPA with a strong foundation in auditing and financial principles.
- Deep understanding of audit methodologies and practices, coupled with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions, solve complex problems, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, along with a keen aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Strong adaptability to evolving industry standards and regulatory changes, demonstrating a commitment to staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
