Foothills School Division (FSD) serves the learning needs of approximately 8000 students from preschool to grade 12. We operate 22 public schools, an online digital school, an alternative campus, and three colony schools. These are located in the towns of Okotoks, High River, and Diamond Valley, and the communities of Blackie, Cayley, Heritage Heights, Red Deer Lake, Longview, Millarville and Foothills County. FSD is located on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy and the first peoples of southern Alberta including the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuutina, and Stoney Nakoda First Nations. Forming part of Round 1 of the staffing cycle for the 2024/2025 school year, all eligible candidates are welcome to apply. This role will require knowledge of vehicle services and repair is required; a journeyman ticket is preferred.
