Junior School Principal

Position: Junior School Principal
Start date: August 2025

About the Role:
As Principal, you will have responsibility for our Junior School which includes Pre-kindergarten to Grade 5. You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and implementing policies that enhance our educational offerings. You will work closely with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our ethos of lifting spirits and fostering an environment where every student feels seen and heard is embedded in every aspect of school life.

Lead various academic and administrative initiatives, ensuring our high standards of learning and teaching are constantly improving.Uphold our commitment to accountability, honesty, and transparency across all levels of school operations.Engage with families and the wider community to build strong relationships and ensure that the school remains a place of peace of mind and possibility.
