Social is one of the most important ways we engage our community and make our brand resonate with the audiences that matter most. What You’ll Do Spot trends, creators, and conversations across TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms, and determine how and when we should show up. Participate in real‑time moments and dialogues with the right tone, speed, and creativity. Build community by fostering dialogue and connection, turning participation into trust and loyalty. Collaborate with Communications, Brand, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure launches and narratives feel social‑first. Experiment with new formats and ideas that stretch how we appear in culture. Measure and refine by using social listening and analytics to capture insights, optimize, and continually raise the bar. What We Look For 8–10 years of social and community experience, or 5+ years with exceptional cultural fluency and impact. Deep familiarity with trends, memes, creators, and communities shaping culture, with the ability to spot what matters before it peaks. Proven track record of sparking conversation and building community—not just publishing content, but creating connection and participation. Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills across formats, from short‑form video to emerging cultural expressions. Experience collaborating with creators and cultural voices to amplify stories authentically. Comfort moving fast in real time, with judgment on when to act and when not to. Analytical mindset with experience using social listening and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social) to guide decisions and continuously raise the bar. Collaborative, curious, and energized by working across teams to make campaigns and moments social‑first. Compensation Base Pay Grade: KEquity Grade: 5 Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and your dependents). Employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. The base pay range per year is $109,000 - $159,000.
