A career as a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor in the Cybersecurity Business Delivery team at National Bank involves acting as an orchestrator to deliver our large-scale transformation projects and bring value within the Vice Presidency of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your leadership, organizational skills, and ability to mobilize stakeholders.

Your role

  • Coordinate complex operational projects of high visibility prioritized by the sector, fostering a conducive environment for transformation.
  • Ensure alignment among IT teams, operations, and business regarding project-related interdependencies.
  • Act as a transformation agent to promote our values and maintain constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mobilize teams and engage appropriate expertise as needed.
  • Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and engage in resolving complex issues by implementing solutions.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues consistently and proactively.
  • Stay informed about best practices, integrate them, and promote cross-functional practices.
  • Actively contribute to governance and the deployment of strategic initiatives.

Your Team

This position reports to the Senior Director, Cybersecurity Business Delivery in the CISO Vice Presidency. We seek individuals passionate about collaboration, motivated, and curious about understanding the various aspects of team projects.

The CISO sector distinguishes itself through transformation, alignment, orchestration, and strategic support initiatives. We aim to offer maximum flexibility to enhance your quality of life, and this includes a hybrid work environment.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in project coordination and workshop facilitation.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with Agile SaFe delivery mode is an asset.

Languages:

  • Language: French

Reason to require this language: you will need to represent the Bank at forums/conferences/events outside Quebec.
