Description Position Overview As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will support your client’s suite of products and services and provide product and service options tailored to the customer’s needs. Open to residents of Quebec, Alberta and New Brunswick. Work from Home, Full Time. Hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00 am–10:00 pm EST, variable shifts. Role Language: Bilingual – English and French. Rate of Pay: $17.70 / Hour Base + Up to an additional $6.80 / Hour if fully meeting targets. Responsabilités – French Établir des relations avec les clients d’un océan à l’autre. Créer un besoin en éduquant les clients sur les produits et services, et exécuter une stratégie d’entreprise qui atteint ou dépasse les objectifs financiers. Atteindre les indicateurs de rendement clés. Effectuer le suivi auprès des clients pour assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle et étendre les possibilités de vente. Prendre la responsabilité, et les mesures appropriées, pour résoudre de manière efficace les problèmes des clients comme s’ils étaient les vôtres. Répondre de façon exacte aux questions des clients avec un haut niveau de professionnalisme. Documenter de façon exacte les interactions des clients dans les systèmes appropriés. Communiquer efficacement avec les clients concernant les renseignements sur les comptes, les produits, les prix, les promotions, etc. Maintenir un niveau élevé de concurrence et de connaissance des produits. Maintenir un niveau élevé de confidentialité. Effectuer les autres tâches demandées. Responsibilities – English Connect with customers from coast-to-coast. Conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, and services. Promote and recommend the latest products and services to customers on outbound sales queues. Manage call flows, provide first call resolution and satisfying customer expectations. Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs while providing customized solutions. Create a need by educating customers on product & services and execute business strategy that meets or exceeds financial objectives. Meeting key performance indicators. Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities. Take accountability, and the appropriate action, to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively as if they were your own. Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism. Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems. Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc. Maintain a high level of competition and product knowledge. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Other job tasks as required. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement axé sur les objectifs. Une zone sécurisée pour stocker les informations relatives à l'entreprise et aux clients. Prises de courant pour un PC et un moniteur. Internet haute vitesse (10 Mo ou plus). Un espace physique privé, sans distractions, où vous pouvez installer votre PC et votre moniteur à proximité d'un routeur ou d'un modem. Ceci est important car vous devez être connecté via un port. Ethernet et non par wifi. Téléphone Apple ou Android (non obligatoire). Requirements – English Experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales is an asset. A flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends). An ability to build rapport with customers. An ability to navigate multiple computer systems.An ability to work in a target-driven environment. A secure area to store company and customer related information. Power outlets for both a PC and Monitor. High Speed internet (10 MB or greater).A physical space where you can fit your PC and Monitor near a router or modem that is private and free of distraction. This is important since you must be connected via Ethernet port and not by Wi‑Fi. Apple or Android phone (not Mandatory).
