Position Overview Experience Minimum two (2) years recent Nursing experience in a mother-baby combined care setting required. Charge Nurse experience required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Certification/Licensure/Registration Current CRNM registration required. Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred. Qualifications and Skills Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA). Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria, as applicable to the position: experience, education, experience, patient care and clinical knowledge/skills, leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, quality improvement, teaching skills, research knowledge, professional development and seniority.
