This Part‑Time Financial Services Representative role is located in our Richmond Area Branches, L’Ardoise, St. Peter’s, and Louisdale. Description We are seeking a Part‑Time Financial Services Representative to provide counter and telephone service to current and prospective members, process financial transactions (daily cash balancing), assist members with their financial needs, and promote credit union products and services. You will report to the Assistant Manager. Benefits Competitive compensation ($23.21 – $27.30 hourly) and performance‑based incentives. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective members. Pro‑actively identify members’ financial needs; suggest appropriate products or services and refer members to other departments. Process various financial transactions and balance daily work accurately. Understand all products and services offered by East Coast Credit Union, including facts, features, benefits, regulations, and price structure. Assist in promotion of new products and services to members. Respond to member inquiries and resolve any concerns or discrepancies. Follow the credit union’s security and risk management procedures. Demonstrate a team approach and provide support to the front‑line team. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Ability to achieve and exceed business/sales objectives. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic. A critical thinker with problem‑solving skills. Accurate and attentive to detail (data entry, paperwork, cash balancing). Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Required Education & Experience Successfully completed a certificate or diploma in Business. A minimum of one year of sales and service experience, preferably in the financial industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
