Job Title Aircraft Mechanic Job Description We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to work on M1 aircraft, including Turbo Commanders and Grand Caravans. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting manuals to repair, fix, and maintain various aircraft. This position requires M1 experience and familiarity with lighter aircraft fleets. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance checks on M1 aircraft. Conduct 1500 / 2000 labor checks and inspections. Work on Air Tractors, including panel removal and manual research. Ensure basic safety training is followed. Understand and identify crucial information in technical manuals. Required Skills M1 License with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals. Heavy maintenance experience on light aircraft. Experience in aircraft maintenance repair, troubleshooting, and avionics repair. Compensation Package $75.00 per diem $2000 monthly living allowance Flight or mileage allowance Weekly payroll cycle Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a team of AMEs collaboratively with a rotating TL or lead hand to ensure aircraft functionality. Day shifts run from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime. Opportunities for 10-hour shifts are available, especially for contractors, with work weeks ranging from 40 to 58 hours. Bring basic tooling for this role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Abbotsford, BC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.20 - $55.00 / hr.
