Role Overview…
We are building holographic displays and want your help to assemble components of the display. You’ll be working closely with our mechanical and optics teams to bring our displays to life. You will also have the opportunity to work with our production manager on performing ongoing maintenance of various equipment as well as ensuring our labs are tidy and organized.
A Day In The Life…
● Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
● Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble components such as circuit boards, frames, and casings.
● Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to assemble components and ensure proper alignment and fit.
● Test circuit boards and software, and inspect components and finished products for defects, damage, and quality issues.
● Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to ensure proper functionality.
● Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
● Collaborate with engineers and other technologists to improve assembly processes and solve complex technical problems
What Will Help You Be Successful…
● The ideal candidate would have a diploma in Engineering Technology.
● Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred,
● Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including proficiency with hand and power tools
● Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
● Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
● Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment
