In this role, you will be responsible for performing on-line quality control checks as well as operating and sanitizing high speed fillers and labelers, continuous motion packers and unpackers, and high-speed palletizers.Pay for role is an hourly rate of $22.63/hr.ResponsibilitiesPerform on-line quality control checksOperate and sanitize high speed fillers and labelersOperate high speed palletizersWork in a team-based environment supporting fellow team members in achieving team targets and objectivesKey QualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust be able to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon & overnight)Food and Beverage industry experience is preferredComfortable working in cool and warm environments, and small/confined spaces if neededKnowledgeable on all relevant hygiene, health & safety legislation (including environmental), and on safe working proceduresEffectively communicates with teams and other shifts through log books and daily handover meetingsInterest or experience in home brewingDemonstrates Molson’s Success Factors- Accountable for results, Analytical and decision making, Enterprise Mindset, Interpersonal effectiveness, Communication and influence, Personal development and Embraces changeLives the Molson Coors values- Integrity, Respect, Quality, Excelling, Creativity and PassionCompensationJob Posting Salary Range: [[custPayRange]]Equal OpportunityMolson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
