I am seeking a part-time, live out nanny for my 3 year old child.

Looking for someone who wants 2 days/week and 3-4 hours/shift at our home in Vaughan. Closest intersection (5 mins) is Bathurst and Major Mackenzie.

We would like to have set days and hours so there is consistency and stability in the schedule. The hours and days are fairly wide open so we can negotiate the days and times that work for you.

Preferably, someone who has worked with children of similar age in a professional childcare facility or someone with an Early Childhood Education background. If no experience or education, candidate can provide a sample outline of the types of activities they would engage in with the child.

Someone who is actively going to engage our child with fun, play based activities is important to us. If you provide an outline of the types of materials required for these respective activities, we would be more than happy to purchase them.

It is of utmost importance to our family that the nanny does not get distracted (looking at their phone, not playing with the child and actively engaging with them, being passive and dissociative).

Rate is based on a combination of relevant education and work experience.

Candidates with no relevant experience in a childcare setting and education, we would like to offer $17-$20.

For candidates with professional work experience and education, we would like to offer $22/hour and up, depending on level of education and years of professional experience.

We are willing to renegotiate the rate if the hired nanny proves to be exceptional.
