This is a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth in some of Visier's most strategic product areas.You'll lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for high-growth offerings-helping to drive pipeline, improve win rates, and fuel customer expansion. As the voice of the buyer, you'll help shape product direction and ensure alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing. This is a cross-functional, strategic role that blends storytelling with commercial impact.What You'll DoOwn the go-to-market strategy for key Visier solutions, driving growth across net-new acquisition, expansion, and retentionDevelop and operationalize differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly articulates business value and gives Visier a competitive edgeAct as the voice of the buyer, distilling customer insights and market signals into actionable guidance for product, sales, and marketingLead product and feature launches with measurable impact on awareness, pipeline, and adoptionEnable the sales team with compelling narratives, tools, and training that improve conversion, influence deal outcomes, and shorten sales cyclesPartner with marketing to fuel high-performing campaigns, aligning messaging and targeting across channelsMeasure impact and continuously optimize, using sales feedback, customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and usage trends to refine GTM strategyCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strategy alignment and unified executionWhat You BringA track record of success in owning strategic product marketing initiatives that directly contributed to growth, customer adoption, or market expansionThe ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for senior buyersStrong commercial acumen-you think in terms of revenue impact, market opportunity, and buyer motivationExceptional communication and storytelling skills-you simplify the complex and inspire action through well-crafted messagingA deep curiosity about your market, your customer, and how your product fits into a broader business ecosystemConfidence navigating ambiguity-you lead through uncertainty and chart a clear path forward5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketingBonus points for domain knowledge/experience in HR tech, analytics, workforce planning, or adjacent fieldsThe base pay range for this position in Canada is $153k - $193k / year + bonus.
