ERM is seeking an outstanding professional to join our Smithers, BC, Vancouver, BC, or Calgary, AB office to support our Mining and Energy teams. As a member of the team, you will act as a technical leader in western Canada, with a capacity to conduct work in other jurisdictions across Canada. Work will include technical aspects in support of ERM projects in the mining and energy sectors.Supporting and organizing projects and associated deliverables for the terrestrial biodiversity team (e.g., li>Acting as a liaison between project management and technical teams.Interacting with clients and subcontractors.

Technical tasks include acting as a QP in your respective field (e.g., vegetation and wetland biology) to coordinate and support the execution of field-based programs from a primarily office-based position. The successful applicant will have direct exposure to construction projects, environmental assessments, and mitigation planning as it relates to implementation of federal and provincial policies. More broadly, the applicant must show an interest in applying knowledge and skills to help our clients solve complex challenges in these sectors.
