Responsibilities Scheduled maintenance on all assigned utilities equipment, completing maintenance work orders and troubleshooting unplanned maintenance. Monitoring equipment performance, conducting regular performance checks using automated systems and visual inspection, and identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance. Preventative maintenance work on utilities equipment throughout the brewery. Daily repairs to equipment causing losses or inefficiencies in the utilities department. Work with operations departments to maintain, troubleshoot and repair utilities equipment in production areas. Rotated 3‑week schedule between 6 am–6 pm and 6 pm–6 am, with vacation coverage may require moving to other days/shifts. Key Ingredients Certified 4th Class Engineer required. Trade qualification (Red Seal) Millwright or Refrigeration Mechanic preferred. Ability to work various shifts including graveyards and weekends as required.
