The Engineering Manager, Mechanical Design is responsible for overseeing the mechanical designers and CAD drafters who work within matrixed multi-disciplinary project and product execution teams. This team provides 3D system layouts, fabrication drawings, mechanical BOMs and other technical drawings to support project execution and product development. This role involves managing a team of technical resources, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring client specifications, budget and compliance requirements are met. As a member of the Engineering leadership team, they are also responsible for fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.
