Gestionnaire de compte senior en thérapie cellulaire (CTAM) – Montréal Ouest

Le rôle
Nous recherchons une personne qualifiée, très motivée et possédant une expérience pertinente pour le poste permanent de Gestionnaire de compte senior en thérapie cellulaire (CTAM) basé dans la région du Grand Montréal.
Rapportant au Directeur, Ventes/Gestion des comptes de thérapie cellulaire, le CTAM sera chargé de favoriser la différenciation des produits Kite et de collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour renforcer la présence dans les centres de traitement CAR T sur le territoire. Le CTAM a également la charge de l'exécution efficace de la stratégie de référence pour aider les centres communautaires d'oncologie/hématologie à orienter les patients appropriés de traitement par thérapie par CAR T.
En tant que membre principal de l'équipe nationale CTAM, ce rôle est responsable de la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux grâce à l'excellence dans l'exécution du plan de compte et à la gestion et au support de la relation client de qualité.
Des déplacements sont nécessaires pour ce rôle, y compris des déplacements en avion et des nuitées à l'hôtel.
Comment vous contribuerez à «Créer du possible»
- Responsable des efforts commerciaux pour les clients du territoire et responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de produits, de marchés et de dépenses.
- Développer et maintenir une expertise clinique dans les principes de l'hématologie et de l'immunologie, du lymphome non hodgkinien et de son traitement, de la transplantation de cellules souches, et acquérir une solide compréhension de la thérapie cellulaire et du parcours des patients.
- Développer et lancer des stratégies qui créent de nouvelles activités et soutiennent l'intégration, la qualification et l'efficacité des centres de traitement afin d'assurer la réussite et sécuritairede la thérapie CAR T.
- En collaboration avec l'équipe interfonctionnelle du territoire, coordonner les données de marché et les informations sur le terrain pour éclairer les plans de compte et l'exécution tactique.
- Diriger le développement et l'exécution de plans de compte interfonctionnels avec des objectifs, des tactiques, des responsabilités et des mesures claires.
- Créer des stratégies d'orientation efficaces qui permettront aux centres communautaires d'oncologie/hématologie d'orienter les patients appropriés vers les centres de traitement CAR T.
- Établir des relations de travail de qualité avec les principaux leaders d'opinion et les grands comptes garantissant une prestation de services et une réactivité exceptionnelle.
- Organiser des activités d'apprentissage pour les professionnels de la santé ou des échanges scientifiques lorsque les besoins d'apprentissage sont correctement identifiés.
- Fournir un soutien lors des réunions professionnelles, y compris en organisant des expositions, en rendant compte des sessions scientifiques et en facilitant les réunions avec les responsables thérapeutiques.
- Représenter Kite lors de conférences et d'expositions nationales et internationales.
- Faciliter et informer à temps la direction sur les tendances commerciales des comptes, les changements dans le paysage thérapeutique, les problèmes de l'industrie et les opportunités commerciales.
- Établir et maintenir des relations de travail productives et collaboratives avec des pairs et des équipes interfonctionnelles à travers l'organisation.
- Agir conformément aux lois, réglementations et politiques canadiennes qui régissent la conduite des activités de thérapie cellulaire.
Connaissances, expérience et compétences
- Idéalement plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en hématologie/oncologie ou dans une autre spécialité pertinente, avec une haute performance démontrée.
- Capacité prouvée de fournir un support client sans précédent à l'ensemble des parties prenantes.
- Faire preuve d'initiative et volonté de travailler sur le terrain et avec un sentiment d'urgence, dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Posséder une compréhension stratégique du marché de l'hématologie/oncologie.
- Engagement à contribuer à une équipe hautement performante où les réussites individuelles et collectives s'alignent.
- Expérience dans l'exécution de produits/thérapies qui nécessitent une livraison client complexe, y compris la gestion logistique.
- Capacité à travailler et à collaborer avec succès dans un environnement complexe et matriciel.

The Role
We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated, individual with relevant experience for the permanent position of Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) based in the Greater Montreal Area.
Reporting to the Director, Sales/Cell Therapy Account Management, the CTAM will be responsible for driving differentiation of Kite products and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to build the footprint of CAR T delivery centres within the territory. You will also ensure effective execution of referral strategy to support community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients for CAR T.
As a core member of the National CTAM and Cross-Functional Territory team, this role is responsible for achieving commercial objectives through excellence in account plan execution, and industry-leading customer relationship management and support.
Travel is required for this role, including air and overnight travel.
How you will help to 'Create Possible'
- Accountable for territory customer facing commercial efforts and responsible for achieving all product, market and expense targets.
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise in principles of Hematology and Immunology, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Disease and Treatment, Stem Cell Transplantation, and build a strong understanding of Cell Therapy and patient pathways.
- Develop and initiate strategies that create new business and support the onboarding, qualification, and efficiencies of treatment centers to ensure successful and safe delivery of CAR T-cell therapy.
- In collaboration with the Cross-Functional territory team, coordinate market data and field insights to inform account plans and tactical execution.
- Lead the development and execution of cross functional account plans with clear goals, tactics, accountabilities, and measurement.
- Refine effective referral strategies that will enable community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients to CAR T treatment centers.
- Establish superior working relationships with key opinion leaders and key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and responsiveness.
- Organize HCP learning activities or scientific exchange when learning needs are appropriately identified.
- Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions and facilitating meetings with Therapeutic Leads.
- Represent Kite at national and international conferences and exhibitions.
- Facilitate and provide timely feedback to appropriate management regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional peers and teams across the organization.
- Operate in compliance with all Canadian laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of cell therapy activities.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of hematology/oncology experience, or other relevant specialty experience.
- Proven track record of high performance, embodying a "can-do" attitude.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to provide unprecedented customer support across stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to work hands-on and with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strategic understanding of the hematology/oncology market.
