System Engineer

As a System Engineer at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the company's technological infrastructure. This full-time position, based in Lavender Central Region, will involve overseeing the smooth operation of our network systems and providing technical support to ensure the business runs efficiently.What you'll be doingMonitoring and maintaining the company's network systems, including servers, routers, and switchesTroubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise in a timely mannerImplementing and configuring new hardware and software solutions to support the businessProviding technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the company's technologyCollaborating with the IT team to develop and implement strategies for system improvements and upgradesDocumenting and maintaining detailed records of all system changes and configurationsStaying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to identify potential areas for enhancementWhat we're looking forMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar system engineering role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industryStrong understanding of network protocols, server management, and troubleshooting techniquesProficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware and software systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issuesAbility to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with industry best practices and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancementsWhat we offerAt VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE.
