This role is based in Bridgewater and is a full-time, temporary contract.Location: BridgewaterContract: Temporary; Working hours per week: 40; Salary: £27,960Job RoleTo work under the guidance of the clinical CSE Lead by offering therapeutic support to the CSE homes across five homes as directed by the CL. The therapeutic support is delivered using a consultation model and is clinically led by the CL. Home may require direct therapeutic work with young people under the supervision of an experienced clinician. The role involves close collaboration with operational staff, including the home and regional manager. Key responsibilities include upskilling staff, developing region-wide projects (e.g., increasing awareness of CSA/CSE and promoting healthy relationships), and extending the wellbeing project. Activities include modelling good practice in homes, creating resources, and suggesting ideas for key worker sessions.
