You will serve as the strategic interface between CMC Electronics and our supplier, with the mission of building relationships based on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of specialists that develop and foster relationships with our suppliersMaintain supplier quality policies/clauses and perform vendor development in order to achieve and sustain high levels of supply chain performanceEnsure that all supplier non-conformities are thoroughly documented, investigated, and addressed in a timely manner, in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.Establish and manage suppliers audit schedule, perform external audit and train auditorsManage Supply Chain key metrics (Quality, Delivery, performance indicators…) and mitigate riskInvestigate new developments relative to material and supplies, and provide recommendations to reduce cost and improve quality, while meeting all requirementsQualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other relevant field.
